Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- All the exchanged products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Not be altered, washed, or worn.
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via whatsapp 780030222, within 2-3 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchange Options
You can exchange your item for:
- A different size of the same product.
- A different product of equal or lesser value.
Shipping
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for exchanges:
- Custom-made or altered items.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items that are damaged or defective due to customer negligence.
- Items on discount.
 Once we receive the parcel back, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
